I love this! I try to be careful with how I think. Sometimes those thoughts come back and try to catch myself. Every night I say what I am grateful for and that helps to. I wrote down I am happy before went to bed and feel so much better today. Heard some energies been going on. Not sure exactly, but felt my mood was different last week. Then saying and feeling I am happy sure helped.

I had started with your mediation 2022 post as of January 1, 2022. I admit I don't do it everyday but I do it several times a week. Sometimes, twice a day (depends on what I am going thru). But I see a difference in my mindset. I'm not as overwhelmed as I used to feel. My relationship with God is growing, my relationship with my children is growing and I've even decided to change careers. I have started writing in my journal more but now I will try your suggestions of answering these questions to see another level of growth in myself. Thank you for sharing your gifts with us.
