I went back and re-read the manual for my Sledgehammer Custom 100 (Korg) today, which I bought 3 years ago. I stopped using it since it didn’t match the 440 on my Peterson Strobe Tuner or my Korg, large rectangular Strobe Pitchblack Tuner. I was going to toss the Korg clip-on Sledgehammer. Good thing I didn’t-by reading the manual, I realized that I had fiddled with the right ‘shuttle switch’ (goes from 0-9) and I was getting anything BUT 440. It wasn’t Korg error it was my error, LOL. I love it NOW, glad I didn’t toss it. Thanks for your video as well. I noticed on the paper Korg menu it states, “After reading this menu please keep it later for future reference.” So, true.

I'd also seen a review about the rattle, and sure enough mine rattled when I got it. The reviewer had fixed theirs with felt washers apparently - this cotton trick was much easier and so far has done the trick Thank you.

Had accuracy issues with mine which was unfortunate because I like it. Spent more only than I wanted but glad I did for the Peterson Strobo Plus HD floor model. 1/10 of a cent or 1/100th of a semitone accuracies. No guessing. Cage the strobe and you are in tune and sounds great.

Im a little different. When it rattled I sent the horribly built piece on slant crap back to amazon and got my money back as Its not my job to help make their tuner work better with felt or thread.
