Sir I have a small doubt regarding the calculation of the manpower budget, where you have arrived at the answer of 43, 410 hours. If we reverse calculate this i.e, 43410*80% = 34728, out of which down time of 20% of the productive hours is also to be budgeted, so 34, 728 * 80% = 27782.4, which is lesser than the required hours.

Alternatively the actual hours of 45218.75 on reverse calculating would give us the required budgeted hours of 28, 940

It would be very helpful of you could let me know if this is the right way to calculate, in case it is not please tell me where I am wrong.
