Anbernic Win600 Faulty Battery/BMS?

Interesting issue this and one I've yet to find a solution to. So I'm asking all the Win 600 owners out there have you had any issues with your battery?

or @ANBERNIC do you have any suggestions?

My Win 600 was working great, charging to an apparent 95-98% which I've been informed is about right and that they generally don't charge to 100%. It was when charged to this level I played GTA V for about 10 mins and the battery suddenly dropped to around 30% and now won't charge above 62%

Is the battery toast? Where can replacements be purchased?

Yeah my Win600's battery just died out of nowhere too, now the red light is just blinking when I try to turn it on or power it up. I'm done buying Anbernic crap. This isn't the first handheld from them I overpay for and it disappoints. Glad you made the video, people need to speak up, so the company's reputation starts matching its products' "quality".

Exact same issue with mine. Just suddenly happened out of nowhere. The red LED never turns off during charging, although yours charges to 62% mine never charges beyond 55%. Tried everything you did.

I had same problem then changed my m.2 ssd and did a clean install on win 11 then a couple of plug in and out while on it did charge to 100

My battery died once and for all I sent him an email I hope they respond

This is so sad, I upgraded this piece of sh* 32 gb ram and 4tb Hard Drive 🤬
