It only took me like 15 minutes to update to 10.15.2

I downgraded straight away back to High Sierra, half my apps no longer worked and I kept getting crashes and it would never shut down properly..

I'm reluctant to say this....but it's a real pleasure watching and learning from your videos. The #1 BIGGIE for me is that you speak slowly enough that even a Geezer like me can keep up. To people who are computer nerds that's not a big deal. To ME, a Geezer who can't seem to be able to keep his passwords straight in a book that's JAMMED with them, your way of presenting things matters. I downloaded and installed Catalina last night and it was like Apple started asking me for passwords. I have NEVER been able to sync my iPhone 8, my Air and my that makes me Crazy. I'm hoping that once I get Catalina in my iMac things will sync. Finally...Don't ever get old. It sucks BIGTIME! RB
