JBL Earbuds - A Melomaniac's Nightmare!

The noise cancellation feature is undoubtedly a fantastic addition, but imagine if it worked consistently instead of dropping every minute. This is precisely the case with the JBL LIVE PRO 2 TWS earbuds. The noise cancellation feature malfunctions based on the connected device. For instance, when connected to a laptop, it disconnects multiple times per minute, ruining your YouTube viewing and listening experience, potentially even causing headaches.

Music? Forget about it!

The noise cancellation issues wreak havoc on music playback as well. During my 15-20 minute commute, the feature malfunctioned significantly less frequently, disconnecting only 5 times. Initially, I assumed the issue stemmed from connecting to two devices simultaneously, but that's not the case. The earbuds simply cannot handle the functionality they're advertised to provide.

A Terrible Experience

This is utterly unacceptable. I strongly advise against purchasing these earbuds (JBL LIVE PRO 2 TWS) and, based on my experience, any other HARMAN products. It's baffling that no one else has reported this issue. Spending $200 on earbuds that don't even function properly and failing to warn others about this potential mistake is simply wrong.
