Thank you Ant and Howdie, very much. So many important ideas in here very helpful and gentle given the subject matter. Ive been on the path about 5 years or so and it has been quite a rollercoaster progress has been slow but repeated slaps in the face have been ongoing. Not draining myself completley from the anger has been a challenge. After reading the Monroe books I learned the method to leave my body and to go to other realms, I was disappointed to find that even out of body I was still in the matrix albeit other realms than this one, and that the beings I encountered were reluctant to give me any advice, despite some of them knowing earth and a few claimed to have at one point been here too. The levels are vast, both above and below us. I haven't found anyone yet who actually cares about our plight here, so assume we are on our own. This is why I value this type of conversation so much. The more we talk through it the better and those like Howdie and Ant provide guidance of where to go with this practice from here. Conversations like this help especially when I am feeling apathetic. I think its important to care the outcome to the extent it points to a doorway out.

Howdie was my starting point. I somehow found an interview with him and he talked about the Cathars which I’d never heard of. Then the Cathars led me down a rabbit hole and eventually I went back to Howdie and others.

At the time I was a practicing Catholic who thought maybe reincarnation might be true and the church just got that part wrong. How far I have come.

"Is Reality an Illusion?" Is it ever! And what total synchronicity for me atm, though actually at every moment and for all. I meditate a lot daily, and today a lot of this stuff fell into place for me. Enormous gratitude to Howdie for all his insights, and especially for illuminating Gnosticism. People speak of the soul, and the word is used interchangeably with spirit or consciousness. However, soul is actually the first level of deception, of the simulation, the trap. It is said that we all have a twin flame, and some of us have met and been activated with ours. Kurt Johnson is the self-declared "world's #1 twin flame coach", and he is quite good. He says that all sources say that TF'S are the same soul, incarnated simultaneously into 2 bodies, masculine and feminine. It's the polarizing of both aspects of the soul. Some people say we have a soul, some say we are a soul. Either way, it doesn't matter, it's all part of the illusion. The TF activation is quite brutal. The polarizing is especially insane. The feminine precipitates into uncontrollable obsession over the masculine. And usually the masculine is extremely toxic and totally unacceptable to the feminine. What a way to generate maximum loosh for the archons! Kurt always reminds us that our TF is our soul. That only makes sense when we realize that our soul is part of the simulation, the deception, and is not the consciousness. Kurt actually gave me the first clue to this when he said that the soul is a wave (of potentiality), that the soul is spirit plus something else, I forget Kurt's actual words. The soul is the first level of the subtle body, of which there are 7 levels. I made a mistake that so many other people make: I equated the soul with consciousness, spirit. But they are completely different. Consciousness is our true essence. Soul is of the simulation, it's the first level of the matrix, the trap. The simulation is not a soul trap, it's a consciousness trap. Howdie uses the metaphor of Sleeping Beauty, our consciousness is in a coma like her. The archons put us into a coma. They substituted the soul, which is a layer of the simulation, the first layer of deception and distortion. We are fooled into thinking that the soul is our true selves. But the soul is a layer of the subtle body. Kurt Johnson I believe calls the soul, a wave of infinite potentiality. When he said that, I rejected it, resisted it, defensively. But I realize he was correct. But I believe he too then falls into the trap of equating the soul with consciousness, which makes no sense, since the soul is just a wave, a creation, whereas consciousness is indefinable, limitless. Kurt said that the soul is consciousness but witha bit of something else added. He was on the right track there. Actually, since consciousness is trapped in the simulation, in a coma, there is perhaps a sliver of consciousness in the matrix, if even that. The soul is a shadow of consciousness, an imitation, a pretense, a mockery, of consciousness, a lie, a fraud, just another trick, as is everything in the matrix, and inherently has to be, since it's all a simulation. When we, Sleeping Beauty, begin to awaken, it is in little bits here and there. The trap is designed to keep us trapped, so awakening is full of pain, as was the trapping of us. And the path out of the simulation is full of obstacles, booby traps, detours etc.

I've had a "did I die moment"
I was in a bad car crash when I was 16, and its quite surreal looking back.
After a month of hospital, I went to the crash site and there was lots of flowers strapped to the tree we hit.
Shocking to see that these flowers had been laid for me.
I've never been able to explain it all but it definitely feels that on one timeline I died, yet I was thrown straight back in here and the suffering carries on.

This insanity is definitely unravelling now, and I want the truth so bad.
