A new side of Barney the Dinosaur is being shown in a new documentary. “I Love You, You Hate Me” is a new limited series on Peacock which explores the, “rise and fall of Barney the Dinosaur’s furious backlash and what it says about the human need to hate.”

I like this documentary because it also showed the history of Barney and the positives despite the fact that the anti Barney hate was the main focus. It also made some people realize that Barney bashing while meant to be funny could also be hurtful

Jeez what is happening to this world when they take a well loved kids character and assassinate him like this destroying the image kids have in their mind, Barney has been around for years my kids when they were younger loved this character it’s such a shame seeing this sadness, I saw it on social media news today how awful?😞
