iPhone 6S vs Galaxy S6 | 4K Video Shootout (Ultra HD 4K)

The iPhone 6S features an upgraded 12-megapixel camera that, as well as taking higher quality and sharper pictures, can also record video in full 4K resolution (3840x2160).

As the first iPhone to shoot 4K, I put it to the test against 4K video shot on the Galaxy S6. Let me know which you think is best in the comments below!

At 2:38 you can abviously see the winner. Because of the contrast and the high saturation, S6 loses it's colors at stronger light. Iphone 6s makes it more natural. Even though both of their cameras are extremely good and I'm happy with the 4K video option.

I prefer the iPhone's 4k videos, but the GS6's images.. go figure !

What everyone is failing to understand is that the iPhone is giving you the rawest picture possible, this is the same with professional movie cameras, The engineers for the iPhone camera technology has done this on purpose so that you can make proper edits, Color arrangements and adjustments to the finish film, The Camera product feature director for the iPhone camera is expecting professional cameraman to hold and operate their products

it seems like the Iphone represents the colors more realistically, I would stick with the Iphone, and the Galaxy the colors seems to be a little bit saturated, very toned.

Iphone smoother video with better stabilazation, better accurate colors/dynamic range. Samsung only have the advantage of a better wider angle lens.

The Galaxy S6 has too much contrast.
The iPhone 6S has a stupidly annoying white glow cast over it's footage.

The Galaxy S6 has better dynamic range, faster exposure adjustment and looked more stable to me.

This is a tie for me. I hate the S6 for it's too much contrast. I hate the 6S for the annoying white glow over it's footage.
Both performed well, yet funny enough went exactly the opposite route. If you'd lower the contrast of the Galaxy S6, it will already be in my eyes the winner here. BUT, if the 6S loses it's annoying white glow, then that will perhaps win. CANT CHOOSE T_T

Look at 1:30. The iPhone has better detail in the grass. Way better! The S6 just presents the grass as just green with no detail

the iphones colours didn't look as real as the Samsungs. but the iphones was brighter.
