Wouldn't it be nice to have a centralized place to store and browse all of your most used and favorite prompts for the AI tools you're using like ChatGPT, Azure OpenAI, Power Apps Copilot, Dall-E, Midjourney and more?

In this video, I'll show you how I created a solution to help manage your AI prompts with Power Apps Copilot! This app gives you a way to store your prompts, tag them by product and category, easily copy and paste them into your AI tool of choice and curate a list of your favorite prompts!

I'll walk you through how the app works and show you the process I followed to build the app using Power Apps Copilot with a few tweaks.

13:07 - Add additional Dataverse tables with Copilot
14:52 - Review table structure
16:15 - Download and Install the App

Do you think we'll get to a point where we stop referring to "prompts" as "prompts"? It seems like a fundamental thing for interacting with AI, but it feels much too technical to keep referring to it as "prompts" "prompting" etc. Just wondering....

Very cool. I built a similar one using Lists to avoid licensing costs.

This is great April thanks! I had a question, I will be working with Sharepoint lists not Dataverse, how can I import just the app and not the dataverse tables?

Hi
Could you tell me please how to show a pop-up welcome message to new users in model driven app?

April, I really love this. I am having an issue though. I imported this into a dataverse environment that I manage. While I can open the administration side of it to look under the hood, it tells me I do not have the proper rights to edit the Prompt manager side. One of the gold nuggets that I am looking for is how you implemented the copy to clipboard functionality. Thanks and I am looking forward to seeing you at MPPC
