Wednesday & Enid's Dorm Room | LEGO build & review

This feels like a premium collector set and it absolutely delivers! The Netflix series Wednesday is two years old now but we finally have LEGO to go with it, not before time. The mismatched besties get a contrasting dorm room split down the middle - one side pastel, rainbows, stufffed animals and unicorns, the other monochrome gothic. It's perfect. There is no corner left untouched with some easter egg or thoughtful detail. And there are hidden drawers that hold accessories (and outifts) for the girls to go to the Rav'n Ball.

Btw the black cello is the same size as the Jazz club's double bass, but being as mini dolls are taller it is perfect for a cello!! I was so excited when i saw the black cello in this set! Kept staring at it for ages!! 😅 Made me so glad i had bought the set!!

I loved this set so much ever since I saw the first pictures of it! I haven't watched Wednesday yet but I definitely have it in plan. And I would really like to buy this set, I hope it doesn't remain LEGO Shop exclusive. So much detail in this and no place is left unused. Actually, I'd might add an extra plate to the bottom of the entire set to have some extra space underneath the arches. 🖤 ~Wavey ;)

Hey Elle! This is a very cool set and I like that Thing is so versatile. Did you know that on the '60's TV show, Thing was played by the hand of Ted Cassidy (who was Lurch)? Hope the set becomes more widely available.💕

Ok, Ellie your custom is gorgeous, and who knows, you making it could've inspired someone at Lego to push for this series.

This set is also gorgeous, but confession: we haven't watched Wednesday yet 😅 I'm still in that place where I can't commit the time to a whole tv series that I want to actually focus on if I can't watch it with my child and while he's fine with a lot of content and themes I wasn't sure if some of the supernatural elements would scare him - based *entirely* of my prior memory of Addams Family (so, Christina Ricci era) and that mum knowledge of his limits/what triggers him. Do you think it'd be okay for a 9yo though - comparable to anything else? Are there a whole lot of suspenseful elements that verge into spirit-y unexplainables that aren't revealed to be benevolent? Like - absolutely LOVED Hilda, but there were definitely aspects that he was afraid of (eg rat king, the floating squid eye things in the last series).

And, the second I got my head around this scene setup my brain chimed "there's been some confusion over rooming here at Shiz"; knowing nothing of these characters are they playing with the Galinda and Elphaba dynamic, is that how it goes in the show? Because I love that 😩 maybe we'll just have to try it (I'm just worried about becoming invested in something we have to stop, I guess).
