"People of color" as a term implies that pink, beige, and white are not colors. Is there such thing as "people of no color"? Are people of no color made of quartz crystals or glass or something? Are fat people called "people of size"? There are black people that are light, and white people that are dark. Pink, beige, white, and other colors have different shades. Therefore, white people are also people of color. George Carlin talked about it. Skin pigments have no affect on behavior whatsoever, so it makes no sense for someone to "act white" or "act black." Also, "white people" and "black people" are wrong terms since albinos are close to being white, beige is not white since beige has a hue of red or red-orange, and brown has a hue of orange and not black.

"Diverse" never means "less white men". How can you have diverse food if you mean "'less white men' food"? It does not make sense. "Diverse" means "range of differences and ideas."
It does not matter who the people's sex, nationality, nor skin color are. What matters is the behavior and skill those people have. You can have a great band, group, or product with talented people that no one will care if the team is diverse in appearance nor homogeneous. That is why anime and manga succeed. Besides nice visuals and designs, the stories are good, the characters are likable, and the two mediums cover a wide variety of genres for customer choice. People can like characters that are different from themselves, and people like stories that are fun and understandable when translated into another language accurately. Boys love Sailor Moon and Pretty Cure, and they do not care if those series do not have magical boys. People love the Lucky Star manga since the characters and themes are relatable and understandable. We love Macross 7 because the rock music makes the action scenes fun that we love Basara.

Just stop. This is ridiculous. We just need to individually go about our business and stop forcing our opinions on everybody else. You do you and I will 100% not give a shit. But stop ruining everything with your personal opinions on how you think I should think. Just be a theme park and shut the hell up.
