you helped me so i thank you ! note : if you connect the hdmi cable to the tv and it doesn't work, try reversing the cable ... unplug the cable from the tv and from the pc and switch things around, the connector that was on the tv will go to the pc and the one from the pc will go to the tv ... it only works one way - not the other ... :)
