Interesting that Japanese language commentators seem delighted to hear about China's flood problems . BTW, the title doesn't say the Three Gorges Dam broke, but that a LEVEE broke, By the same vein, Japan is also having flooding problems, It is getting to Monsoon weather in Asia so flooding is common, although probably because of global warming, the rain and flooding are getting worse.
