In my Opinion, The match up is Riven Favored. I say this because Riven chunks harder unless irelia gets stacks before engaging. Other then that, If Irelia makes it to Vamp Scepter, and Riven doesn't have ignite, That can tip the match up into Irelias favor. If that Happens, Riven is forced to wait till level 6 Even at this point, there are no Promises Riven will win the level 6 1V1.
