100% fake. The younger guy told that he only had rhinoplasty years ago and years later he found himself in such a fake comparison. He was about to file a lawsuit.

Son probably accompanied dad to clinic. Surgeon asked to take photos of son so he could use it as a guide to get a natural outcome but instead uses them as before and after.

Maybe some places are cheaping out and just replacing the entire person with another one instead of doing the procedures.

I've been a very accomplished, realistic type portrait artist for over 50 years and knowing a person face as I do is a result of studying and drawing people's faces. These are two different people in my honest opinion. I'm really good at what I do so this is my observation/opinion, for what it is worth!

My theory on the procedures:
- Coitus (roughly 30 years ago)
- Growing of a younger human with roughly 50% of original DNA
- Take a picture of said human

These photos cannot be the same person. How did they make his mouth narrower? Lower lip is fuller in the after photo too. I did also notice the inside shape of the ears are different. Did they change his ears too? 🤔

It's fake. I think father and son because the hair is texture is too different in the photo on the right. The procedures cannot change the texture of the hair.

The ears never lie. If it seems too good to be true - it's too good to be true. "Unsuspecting" is such a nice way of saying "credulous". If you want cosmetic surgery, do your research. You will have your altered face forever - make certain it is the face you will be happy living with!
