That's great that you reduced the previous version to $199. I think that's a fantastic deal

When are you guys going to bring back your guide system? You're the only ones I can find that sell a AA/AAA battery charger case with removable batteries, but it can still be improved like allowing it to function as a power bank via PD and reconstructing the case in something like carbon fiber similar to the nitecore nb series. And selling it independent from your nomad 5 would be nice too.

How do you handle all the negative feedbacks on the 100pd on Amazon for example ….and on other platforms ?

Have you improved your quality - even the new generation - 100pd has already bad feedback on Amazon ….😢

You guys need to bring your products to Guam and other pacific islands. It's hot all year around. We have power outages a lot. People here think gas generators are the only solution around.

Is the USB C recognized without having to turn on the bank? For instance If the bank is off, and I plug in a cellphone to charge, will it recognize this and then turn on, or do I have to hit the USB button every time?

Can I charge a car battery with it? My car charger has an output of 5A at 12V.

For $200, ridiculous that the 100PD doesn’t come with its own charger.

Will a 120 watt solar panel overload this, or will it know to only take 60 watts from the solar panel?

Have both the ac and the pd. Sherpa100ac USB -c ports do NOT function as they should. Sherpa 100 pd capacity indicator does NOT work. NOT worth the money. Customer support will not warranty as they are past a years purchase. More viable options are the anker And nightcore.

I bought one of the 10pd at REI in the US. After less than a month it packed it in. Support was of no help. They effectively wanted me to return it to the US - I live in Europe - to have it repaired, even though they sell them here. Consequently, I am stuck with a useless brick. This company does not care about their customers or its products. I will never buy anything from them again and I suggest that you do not either.
