New amicus brief adds wrinkle to Trump's immunity appeal

Donald Trump is in court next week to defend his immunity claims and explain why he should not be held criminally responsible for attempting to overturn the 2020 election. George Conway joins Katie Phang to discuss why he, and 15 other conservative Republicans, filed an amicus brief rebuking Trump's "outrageous" claims to immunity.

Give me a break. The conservative court is in no way textualist.. If they were they would have interpreted the 2nd amendment literally which says a "well regulated militia" and they would have regulated it. They would have never identified corporations as people and declared corporate speech should be given equal protection as individual speech. Where is that in the constitution? It's not in the copy that I have. Just so much BS!

Yesterday, during a rally in Iowa, Trump freely ADMITTED that he wants to become a dictator while trying (feebly) to downplay it as a joke:
"Donald Trump is a dictator! I'm a dictator!… I'm a dictator, so insulting. Actually, it's insulting."
