Donald Trump is in court next week to defend his immunity claims and explain why he should not be held criminally responsible for attempting to overturn the 2020 election. George Conway joins Katie Phang to discuss why he, and 15 other conservative Republicans, filed an amicus brief rebuking Trump's "outrageous" claims to immunity.

Doesn't George look so much refreshed and less stressed since he divorced, Kellyanne?

Give me a break. The conservative court is in no way textualist.. If they were they would have interpreted the 2nd amendment literally which says a "well regulated militia" and they would have regulated it. They would have never identified corporations as people and declared corporate speech should be given equal protection as individual speech. Where is that in the constitution? It's not in the copy that I have. Just so much BS!

The courts need to put on their big girl panties and defend our country, the Constitution and the rule of law.

Very helpful, logically sound breakdown of why no Congressional “enforcement” is necessary. Between Mr. Conway and Judge Luttig, the details are perfectly clear. Thanks.

I went to law school… Oh, how I wish I had had George to explain so many things to me… He really has a working knowledge of the law and a gift for explaining it.🙏

No one should have complete immunity. This is a country of law and order right? So no one is above the law right? Theres not a two tiered justice system right?

George has looked and sounded better and better since losing that alternative facts container.😂

Yesterday, during a rally in Iowa, Trump freely ADMITTED that he wants to become a dictator while trying (feebly) to downplay it as a joke:
"Donald Trump is a dictator! I'm a dictator!… I'm a dictator, so insulting. Actually, it's insulting."
Simply disgusting!

If that argument stands, Biden can just do what he wants. Thanks for the roadmap.

The fact that this marrer is EVEN being litigated through the courts would have the founding fathers spinning like a hurricane in their collective graves.

Insane to think the president has absolute immunity.

This criminal has cost millions in legal cost all across the country. I hope he lives long enough to be convicted and jailed. After a few nights in jail, well, who cares...

Is it my imagination, or does George look more and more younger the longer that he's away from his ex-wife?

I’m looking forward to seeing tRump’s low level lawyers trying to argue with real lawyers!

It's just delay tactics. They're looking for every tiny little detail that they can nit pick for
the purpose of creating additional hearings and holds and the potential for appeal etc.

Donnie Diapers and his ridiculous motions are getting tired. Nobody is immune to the law and his lawyers know it.
