Headphone Buzzing Noise Fix

This 100% worked for me, like it says it only started working after restarting my computer.
With all the thumbs down i didn't hold much hope.
The default settings on my PC is 24 bit, 48000Hz (SQ),
Changed it to 24 bit, 192000Hz (SQ) restarted my PC and all the hiss, buzz and pop are gone. thank u

This changes voltage strength, which may carry more of a weight on the buzz's priority, but will not stop the buzzing.
Buzzing is caused by an electrical problem, check your plugs. Could be a bad AC adapter.
I have a lot of RGB strip lights in my room, and I had this buzzing for weeks. One day I used my PC without the lights on and heard no buzzing. Turned on the ceiling light and the buzzing returned. I also noticed when I changed the color of the lights, the buzzing would sound different.
Replaced the AC adapter for my lights, and now the buzzing is gone.

I still have a little buzzing but definitely a lot better then it was. Thanks a lot man... only way to really get rid of it is to use a infrared port :-/

i only have 2 options, 48000 DVD Quality and 44100 CD Quality, how can i get more?

I plugged my headset into the back of my PC instead and now I hear no buzzing nor any static at all whatsoever.
