PUGB still gives me vibes no other BR does, the full on survival aspect, stalking players until the right moment. To me it feels like a faster paced game of DayZ.

And please ... you criticize that PUBG does not have crossplay between PC and console? If it did, it would die. No one on console wants crossplay with PC. Maybe let someone review the game that has a first idea bout the game or its playerbase.

PUBG gunplay is perfect. And no PC crossplay means no aim assist. What ruins it is the drifty, clunky movement. Getting caught on a ledge or doorway and coming to a complete stop. It doesn’t need COD or apex level movement but there has to be an in between. It needs to be more responsive. It can’t just be gunplay

The atrocious part is the still absolutely terrible optimization for consoles and it surely is not because of power because the PS5 and series X can handle way better graphical games at a higher frame rate

for me its the opposite. COD gunplay is so unreal and fast and not enjoyable for me.

PUBG weapons aren't clunky. They just aren't noob friendly with being laserbeams at 500m while strafing like COD. The whole idea of PUBG is spray and shoot while kneeling for maximum accuracy. Not wildly side step while spamming a 776 weapon. PUBG is slow and methodical, something the reviewer clearly didn't understand.

PUBG is definetly one of the best BR games apart from old H1Z1. Only problem they have is their love for using bots. Didn't find any bots in solo games though

PUBG is still my favorite BR. The length of games, time to kill, and general lack of respawn mechanics give it an intensity no other BR has been able to grasp.

They’re really complaining about the weapons being clunky when it’s the most realist recoil in years. Then they complain about not being able to play with pc players like umm… everyone knows console players don’t stand a chance against them. Not sure if there was any bias in the review but it was garbage regardless
