I used to carry a note with me in my wallet which reminded me to thank the universe for allowing me to spend those few precious moments with my SP and show my gratitude so when I sunk deeply into the emotion of being with her I would always be thankful for it. I know longer have the note, but I still show gratitude when it happens and it happens often.
