For flute you must calmly blow into the flute while marking sure you’re not to rolled or rolled out far enough, you’re also blowing the air incorrectly. You can’t have air in your cheeks but rather a firm posture. The flute also needs to be a bit lower, you’re holding it a bit to high and that’s causing a lot of tension

That wasnt blasting on the tuba because its not a sousaphone and the angle of the bell lastly i belive thats a concert tuba wich is ment to have a deeper and richer sound not a broad and loud sound like a sousaphone
