1. Overconfident
2. No other batsman could stand out other than smith, marnus
3. Starc and lyon were not affective
4.lack of planning for Rishabh Pant
5.indian lower order frustated in some innings
6. Field - both side did worst fieldding, india did even worst than aussies still they won series
7. Lack of planning and excuation against playing indian debutant
8. More focus on sledging than on wicketkeeping.
