Saudi Arabia doesn't "think" it is the Central bank of oil. Saudi Arabia IS the Central Bank of oil.

As long as it has Russia and china backup, it is the central bank of oil😅

Daniel Yergin's scalp made deep cuts to its production of hair, and there's significant uncertainty about where the little hair that's left is headed.

I guess he'd prefer that the Central Bank be the Central Bank of Oil. Haven't they messed up enough stuff already

lol can't tell the truth. saudi cut production because they are pissed at the rigging of oil futures markets to the downside. saudi energy minister specifically called out the speculators and said would regret their aggressive shorting

Well yeah they are the central bank of oil, and the oil belongs to them so, if america has such a big issue with how saudi arabia is dealing with their oil then they should just get oil from elsewhere but no they can't cuz they made enemies with everyone
