Good start! I am doing the same. I started downsizing about 3 years ago. Each season, I switch out my clothes and pull out a lot of things that don't fit, are no longer my style, or I just havent worn for one reason or another. I turn my hangers backwards and forwards when I wear something. You would be shocked to see how many items you really are not wearing. At the end of the season, I try to force myself to wear those clothes and ask myself if it fits, if it is still my style, if it looks good on me and do I have things to wear with it. If not, unless I plan on buying something to work with it because I still love it, I let it go. I try to sell what I can and give away or donate the rest. I think you would recognize like me how many of your clothes you really are not wearing. Good luck!

Letting go of my pants/skirts from high school is so sad 🤧 some of them I couldn’t part with so I just put them in storage

I used to be a size 00 and now I’m like a 3/4/5, , but i try to remind myself we are just growing into our womanly bodies haha

You want honesty, I'll give you honesty....keep all the small skirts but, get rid of the long black skirt only. Made it through half the video. ✌️
