Resetting Sony WH-1000XM3 Wireless Headphones

In this video I go through the steps on how to perform soft and hard reset (factory reset) for Sony headphones model WH-1000XM3.

Please note that hard reset is also considered factory reset and will put your headphones into pairing mode; the same state as you received them in the box.

The above steps are great if your headphones:
- won't charge
- won't turn on
- won't respond to button pressing
- won't connect / pair to your Android / iOS device
- any Bluetooth / connection issues

have you ever encountered the headphones losing connectivity suddenly and then not being able to pair again or even reset itselt? while i was using them they suddenly disconnected. I tried to connect all different ways but it did not work. I tried reseting them but it doesnt seem to reset either. It turns on and off and it works if i use an aux cord but it will not go into pair mode on any device. This happened to me last year but i cant remember how they fixed themselves. thanks
