Schoepf's BBQ teams up with the Sausage Sensei Bill Dumas

Schoepf's BBQ adds three new types of Sausage to their menu and to do so, they call in the big gun, Bill Dumas, The Sausage Sensei.

Always love seeing Bill Dumas explain his craft. I met him at Brotherton's on one of my barbecue pilgrimages through Central Texas while Mule Kicker BBQ was in the pre-open stage. He and Bobby were so patient as I asked about a million questions.
