Please, don’t call it a "budget beast". A budget pc is more than just the cheapest parts on the market. Usually you go for the best price/performance within a range. It is often better to spend 50$ more for example if you get much more out of your build. This is just a cheap pc which will struggle with future games even at lower settings.

I have a 1650 and lemme tell you. Don't get it, it is nowhere near the best budget gpu. Get the rx 6600 or 3060ti

I made a pc for £300 with used parts, 16gb ddr4 3000mtps i5 7400 and a gtx 970 . Now that is a budget beast

use a i3 12th gen or and i5 10th gen with GTX 1660 would be more value for performance

Guys, please watch out. a 1650 and a 1650S is very different from each other. Just don't buy a 1650 that's it.

Dont buy their prebuilts, you can build yourself a better pc as long as you put 1 hour or so into it (if you never built one), the kudan costs 700 dollars but for 500 dollars you can easily build an I3-12100F, RX 6600XT, 16gb Vengeance ddr4 ram, a quality psu and a good ssd (recommend 1TB as a minimum) and cooler. (motherboards im not sure just see whats compatiable).
