I've just recently started playing ATS and I really like it already. I still prefer ETS2 overall but ATS is good when you've played a lot of ETS2 for several days in a row and get bored. ETS2 also may have better graphics but ATS has a lot more variety in terms of landscape, which 99% of the time looks the same in ETS2 and you get bored of it, although I don't blame SCS too much for that since a lot of Europe does look the same.

as someone who played both several hours, with 0 mods ATS>ETS2, but if u include mods, they are pretty much the same, just choose where you wanna drive =)

Default ATS is much better. I tried ets 2 for the first time after many hrs on ats and ets2 hurts my eyes for some reason

I like both they are very good. Are playing 4 month in ETS2 and then 4 month in ATS so it's not so boring!

Actually you can turn on hard mode for cargo attachment/detachment. This harder mode was the original setting

I like both very much, ATS with their long trucks ans trailors and much mod engines and Sounds (Johnny Cash😊 fore example) ETS with it's more varied Landscape and cool Trucks
