They’re not hating, they want to see you do better and be a success. If you focus on your pain than the intent of Eva + Marina then you didn’t see that there was indeed important things you have to work on. Tama naman si Eva. All of you have work to do. Trabaho lang kaya better start doing so.

This was a poor excuse video that just wanted to deflect the criticisms of their lackluster work. Thank God Eva voiced it out and she's right. You have no right to judge when you are flawed or even more flawed than the contestant. The stylist should've just owned it instead of this half-assed playing the victim card.

If Ma Pao's "glam-down" was intentional then it's the wrong call -especially when you gagged us (and the world) in S1. Set the tone, don't dumb it down.

It’s the wrong call if it’s intentional to let the contestants shine. Not ONE franchise did that - and there are over a dozen franchises. They’re not calling it out for being simple, they’re calling it out for not having thought & edit behind the styling. If the host says be simple, it’s the stylists due diligence to make simple look elegant & classy.

I really hate the cultural mentality of not taking accountability. Why make so much excuse? It is what it is with the outfit. Eva was only saying what the majority of the fan base think. No reason to go straight to victimization and pretend as if your team is being attacked. Yes, you put that out there. Yes, you worked on it. And naturally like any televised event, you will get feedback. The bigger lesson here isn't some gaslighting love bombing technique to "Spread love to the universe and learn to agree in disagreement (lol)", the bigger lesson here is take constructive criticism without sounding cringe af trying to defend it online. If you're really unbothered, move on.

For someone who’s an avid RPDR fan (who watches different franchises too), Eva hit the nail on the head with her comment. SOMEONE HAS TO SAY IT. She’s giving constructive criticism (respectfully) and I don’t understand why people are upset about it— underwhelming naman kasi talaga and the styling team (although for sure did their best), failed this time.
Most of Mamwa Pao’s look this season were… meh. Sometimes naa outshine pa sya ng looks ni Jiggly and Kaladkaren. Hoping that season 3 would elevate everything cos season 2 is just the best so far ❤

Isn’t that kinda shady for the season 2 queens? “Mama Pao wants to dim her light so the season 2 queens can shine.” So, season 2 queens are not at Mama Pao’s caliber that she needs to resort to toned down disco looks just so people aren’t looking at her and instead, the queens? Love the stylist. Again, season 1’s looks were ✨ P H E N O M E N A L ✨. Knowing now that they also styled Mama Pao last season, it’s shocking to see them go from ✨ D R A G ✨ to drag.

It’s not an opinion from SOME QUEENS, THEY ARE the representatives of Philippine Drag Race. We are viewers who are part of the fan base. You have the best job and opportunity to dress the main host of Drag Race Php, take the criticism and adjust to it. You will get the praise and respect from the queens. Get their help, do your research. Give the higher ups your opinion. ❤

Dami excuse ni ate, no one is hating your team personally.. And you can’t say “we did all we can with what we have” you’ve seen episode where contestants would create couture from basic items, let’s be real. Stop fishing for pity, reflect on your team’s performance.

I don’t think it had anything to do with hate coming from Marina and Eva. They provided constructive criticism that is very crucial to the success of the show. I do agree it’s a very valid point and it is important that it was brought up. We look forward to seeing the improvement fruition on the next season.

What is not acceptable, however, is the unnecessary hate from the fans. They need to know the difference between constructive criticism and hate. It is very unnecessary and unfair to the styling and hair team.

With regards to “following” what management has to say, I think the styling and hair team really needs to take ownership of their craft. It’s is THEIR job - they must set the tone, not management. Management is not skilled in their area and so they are the ones that follow the styling and hair team and only need to make sure it’s within budget and make the necessary adjustments accordingly.

Considering the looks of mama Pao from season 1, the season 2 looks were just ehhh even my other friends warching dragrace ph watching mama Paos looks this season and when i look there reaction they look confused and have that disappointed look.

It needed to be said. It pains me to watch Mama Pao as a Brook Lynn Hytes you got from a cheap app. She does not deserve that in order to let the other Queens shine. It never happened in Season 1.
