A friend went to court to hear his son's defense. His son claimed to be "in" with the ill-umiNaughty. When called to speak, he said, "I am the living rightful beneficiary of the trust and I order you (the administrator), as a public servant, to conclude these matters in the manner most beneficial to me. I also order the court to pay.." At that point the judge ordered the case dismissed (to prevent him from ordering the court to pay his expenses). This is my friend's account of the event. Is this right? Is this all one must say in court to dismiss a charge?

The property tax people and recorders in this county have made the purchase price of the home as $1 when the purchase price was several troy ounces of silver. The county employees have been repeatedly asked to correct the record and they refuse to do so. Should one go to the state level in this case?

So the "$" (1 vertical line) is Mexican Peso and the (2 vertical lines on the letter "S") is US Dollar. I cannot find the dollar sign with the 2 vertical lines anywhere on the keyboard, not in any software program. I need to create one.

The slide at 48:01 appears to say to pay the fee or make the affidavit of property value when you send in your title document. But what you are really saying is send it registered mail WITHOUT payment or affidavit and they will return it, while also recording it.

So what exactly is the process that you need to go through in order to acquire your land patent for the land that you seek to own? Do you need to pay for the land and/or the house first before getting the patent? and once you have the land patent how do you update it in your name? Should you file it with the court records and if so which court officer does it need to be filed with and how do you file it in order to avoid being registered on the tax roll?

Yo glenn i live in jacksonville florida and I have been researching the general warranty deeds in this county.. Long story short banks cant own property and the banks and or mortgage lender company's never authenticate the deed by acknowledging the first deed and creating one of your own in fee simple taking both to the county clerk where the property is located and last notarizing it with a county clerk with their certificate of authority smh power to the people

What is my remedy? I paid with u.s. dollars outright for 20 acres in Montana for a deed. I've traced all previous owners back to the first patent that was issued to the man (by Wilson) who bought it off the tribal woman who was alloted it by Roosevelt in 1909. I have learned all this Land Law only in the last 3 years. I'm horrified! I found an obit of one of the family members who might know what became of the original title. Clear of liens all property taxes paid with u.s. dollars. I got nothing!

I am about to purchase an old property back that my father lost in foreclosure from the current owner. How can I do the deal to insure that I can bring forward the original land patent so as to prove that I will ultimately be the true owner or at least put it into a land trust or something like that??
