Novak Djokovic tests positive for coronavirus

Novak Djokovic has confirmed he and his wife have tested positive for Covid-19.

The world no1 is the latest high profile tennis star to record a positive test for the virus. Borna Coric, Grigor Dimitrov and Viktor Troicki have previously tested positive after playing in Djokovic's Adria Tour exhibition tournament.

The Serbian is not showing any symptoms, according to a press release on Tuesday. He will now begin a period of self-isolation.

Djokovic travelled from the tournament in Zadar, Croatia to his home in Serbia before being tested.
