At first, I thought this was a meme map that Anca was doing as a shitpost. But as the map when on, I started to understand the charm. It almost felt like a race against the clock, especially towards that middle third when the enemies became stronger and took longer to kill. At that point, it seemed like an exercise in ammo and health management as much as it was killing everything. (The cells went from a seemingly infinite supply to non-existent for a segment). All while racing the viles reviving the enemies behind you, and avoiding being sniped by the cybers on the center tower. By the time you approach the center, you already know what's coming. But it somehow doesn't feel cliche, maybe because of the spawning locations of the remaining enemies. It looks like a lot of luck is needed in the final fights, which shows the determination it takes to complete this map considering how much grinding and time it took to even reach them. All in all great run, I doubt many doomers could do this.

I just played this map for the first time yesterday! Got to the cybers but then I had to quit. Will go back to it after easter. I was probably 3 hours in when I got to the cybers :) I'll use your demo for strats when I get stuck hehe

aaaah, still at it eh? glad to see you've improved greatly overtime. i still reminisce about NOD and skulltag every so often lol

so i'm guessing this map was infamous for its unorthodox structure and ludicrous enemy count? seemed like an exercise in patience, though hats off to that use of archviles, bit of a mind blower! well doomed!
