Okay, if you plan to do this travesty again then here's a few tips: if you get water to your chocolate it always does bad things. You most likely seized it when you got water into it in the bain-marie. If you want the chocolate to be like a normal chocolate bar (hard and glossy kind of state) you should have tempered it to get it. Also putting the melted chocolate into the fridge or freezer is okay but only for a small while otherwise you will create condensation and again, chocolate and water don't mix. My good man Dave.
Try this....
1. Put livercasarol (box) in freeser for a moment.
2. Cut (the VERY cold) mass into squares, rounds, what ever.
3. Take some flour on one plate, beaten egss on another, and breadcrums to third.
4. Roll the shapes, in that order.
And you have maksalaatikkonugets, or maksalaatikkofingers, or, or....
5. Fry them in butter, or mix of oil/butter.
6. Eat whit traditional condiments.
I mean lingonberrys.😆
7. Enjoy. And be happy.😍

I looked it up and an entry level sienikuivuri/hedelmäkuivuri (mushroom/fruit dryer) costs 40e at clas ohlson, may even be cheaper elsewhere. Invest and make us proud! I'm counting on you. Don't let us down! This needs to happen!
