Sir, instead of Lateral Entry if Government try to engage persons from technical field working in Indian govt service like IES or Engineers working in PSU's it will lead to much better efficiency either on loan basis or from an entrance exam for checking their requisite criteria

If government would reduce salary of public servant. Then corruption would further increase because they wouldn't able to fulfill their needs like education of their children, shelter. They would fill this by taking bribe.

And one more point to note sir...the salary at lower lever like LDC, junior assistant, UDC...the salary is very low in state and judicial services....jyada salary to badi post valon ki hai....article likhne vala badi post ka hai to usne one side perspective se likha hai sir

Sir, I think we need reconstruction of policy framework like
. Provision to include local into implementation of project, give security and acceptance of their recommendations, because he's the end beneficiary for which we will making policy
.We should balance in lateral entry and permanent govt. Employees. However, rather reduction in sallery we can adopt specified work quality to total sallery ratio mechanism to increase efficiency and to promote Productive person entry via govt. Job
. We must ensure stability in top bureaucrats transfer till completion of project
. Annual Deputation mechanism from IES( both economics services and engineering services), who have expertise in their field and from so on sector.
So this method will raising public sector employment and productivity which fostering growth with high multiplier effect. Thank you

The writer also mentions that many people move from the private to the public sector because there is no job security and no fixed working hours in the private sector. This creates problems. I have a real-life example: my sister’s husband (jiju) is an engineer at Vivo. He told me that they work at high temperatures, which causes skin problems. That’s why people move from the private to the public sector because of job security, fixed working hours, and other issues. If we can solve these problems in the private sector, so the quality people who genuinely want to work in the public sector will come in it.

Sir, it's quite contradictory to have separate body for policy formulation and implementation because many a times policy formulation doesn't consider the amenities that implantation agency have, they sometimes lack explicit direction, rather guidance for implementation, policy formulation agency imposes their plan on implementation. They don't consider the limits of implementation agencies. They formulation agency consider them like King and implementation agencies like labour those have to do anyhow. Pesa dete hai 1 rupya aur kam karwana chahte hai 100 rupye ka. Faltu hi bolte hai NGOs and volunteers se kam karwa lo....kese karenge free me ya low wages me sabko apna apna per bhi bharna hota hai aur ghar bhi chalana hota formulation of plan even implementation agencies also should be part of it. And they must have clear agendas of it. Thank U for patience 🙏

Government should fixed the government job in relation to GDP . And their income also. If corruption arise this is because of political interfere and less services available to employ.
