Light walk - Barrie Gott

The tune 'Walk in the light' recieves 'big band' treatment in this fun arrangment from the pen of Australian Barrie Gott. Barrie's originality and flair shine through as his own original music sits comfortably alongside the old tune. There is a central 'jazz break' solo passage placed in the trumpet line in which the written solo notation is supplemented by chord indications that will offer scope for improvisation by the soloist if desired. This is an entertaining piece that will prove to be a popular addition to the repertoire, both from the listeners' and players viewpoints.
