Sad satan is by far the scariest to me, not only is the song actually fucking terrifying itself but the background of the game is something of genuine nightmares, when I saw a play-through of it I don't think I've ever been more unsettled I'm my life. Scared, sure, been more scared, but the background of the game.. it's just fucking vile

The ancient tomb track from Rayman 2 is pretty creepy for a family friendly game really something. The cave theme from Binding of Issac: Rebirth is very creepy but has a catchy field but it gives the sense like your on an acid trip and being followed. I think the creepiest game ost in a game is Danganronpa UDG and one very unnerving song that plays when you enter a base that has dead adults lying around.

A game that uses royalty free soundtracks by the same guy who made sneaky snitch and yet perfectly uses it to add to the game as well as the main menu theme
