I kind of want to see how a 13 Pro Max would compare. And the oldest device still supported by each company.

iOS 16 Really messed up the iPhone 14 last time, seems the latest update really helped it regain its edge against the Fold. The Pixel on the other hand, seems to need a little work to be able to catch up with these two. All three are great so you’ll do well with any of these phones.

I can confirm that RAM management on IOS 16.1 has improved a lot. I have the iphone 12 pro max, and it keeps more apps open in the background than it did when IOS 16 first came out. Apple has fixed the issue and made this update worth updating.

I think you should do this for all OS when they get a new big update. That way it'll showcase the true potential of each manufacturer's chipset. Do another one when Samsung gets Android 13

The shutter lag is quite bad on the Samsung when you compare it to the iPhone and pixel. Samsung could learn from Apple and Google about optimisation

Change the navigation bar on the galaxy because you need to swipe twice before closing an app so it isnt completely fair

Fantastic test. Setup was beautiful and I love how it takes human error out of the equation. Testing after new firmware updates is very interesting to watch. It's amazing what some software releases can do for optimisation.

I got my 14 pro max last week, I love it. Went just over 36hrs between charges, and the cameras are amazing

Did you know that you can and should change the performance mode on samsung, since by defult it is set for battery saver. this is found in the performance setings

Switch to navigation bars on the Fold so you don't have to swipe up twice everytime you close apps.. it will save you a second every app closing, which will probably win this speed test.

The fold 4 is actually faster than I thought.

It's clear that tensor g2 is not great on raw power. But if you see on 2nd lap, pixel finish it faster than other 2 (ip 46sec, fold 48sec, pixel 40sec). Google did great job tuning the software, it's just in term of raw power, tensor g2 still behind other competition.
