Modify the steering with after market linkages, and then get a bearing kit for the transmission and axles.
Waterproof everything.👍👍

Best $50 o spent on an Rc BUUUUT it leaves ya wanting more and I’m swapping out the front and rear axels, looking for a motor now, and ways to enhance the truck. It is a good starting point for entry but the parts are near flimsy / cheap and it has components that if you weren’t really careful with it, then you’d be forced into fixing stuff.

It does rock though.
I think I got it on eBay there’s a tan one with the tire on the back and I got the blue one so I got two of them.
I think my two favorite online stores are A Main Hobbies and Panda RC.

Just bought one of these from a bin store.. opened It up at home. Broken rear drive shaft. One traction bar up front is broke. And a broken wheel. Not a bad looking crawler though. But damn it. Gues i can upgrade parts🤷‍♂️

Great little crawlers but the kit ones are better 👌 due to softer tires and the fun of putting it all together ❤️

Just bought an open box kit from the goodwill for $10 didn't know if it was all there but it turned out to be! Im super pleased with it for the $11 after tax im into it! Tire glue is gonna cost me as .ich as the truck did

For you what kind of esc would you prefer and what kind of esc because im trying to assemble one full metal build i cant seem to find the right brushed esc for my 370 motor and what voltage would you prefer pls help me and if i add a brushless motor like a hobbywing 800kv what esc should i use and battery thanks

I forgot what it’s called, but does it have that variable steering thing? Where you can turn the steering a little bit and it only turns the wheels a bit?
