One of my childhood friends, who has passed, used to sing this song with me when he first learnt to play the guitar. We were 11 the., all these years I come back to this song to honour the talent he possessed. I was fortunate to see Albatross live at the Pine Tree festival this year and I sang every word of Timi Bhane as a tribute to my dear friend. Thank you Albatross for making music that gets us going through the trails of life.
