For someone who doesn't eat pork it seems that it'll be very challenging to find anything without it. Unless shopping in Halal and maybe kosher stores.

I do recommend some fresh onion with that, a bit of pepper and some sourdough bread. By itself tlačenka is fine but those alongside the vinegar really elevate it

Okey. I am from Czechia, I was born and I live most of my life in Prague, but I also have family in Moravia, but I've never heard about "čajovka" or how you do call the second food (I've never seen it) 😅

For Olomoucké tvarůžky you must go to Loštice town, to a restaurant called Restaurace u Coufalů. I don't like these smelly kinds of cheese, however, in this restaurant I really like Olomoucké tvarůžky. What they are able to cook is next level.

Hello,
Believe or not but in Loštice (orriginaly place where Olomoucke tvarůžky were first created) you can buy icecream with flavor of Olomoucke tvaružky. So if you are really really brave, you can make small trip there to try it.

Ahoj z Čech..ten chlápek dá 10 bodů zavináčům ze supermarketu !? To je borec.
Já je nemusím, ale aspik jsem si nějakou dobu rád kupoval, jenže ten dnešní s tím nemá nic společného
