As a musician for over 8 years, one of my biggest setbacks has been devoting too much time into women and friends who take so much of my energy, rather than cutting off those unhealthy attachments to re direct that energy into myself. Men really admire the boring grind and hustle of building yourself into something but I really don't believe women care about that. They just admire the finished product. If your passion or end product isn't female gaze friendly it's not going to really build your sexual market value unless it tangibly increases your lifestyle or status somehow.
