You had enough time to flash them honk, swerve, and slow down, but instead of slowing down, you went off-road, totaled your car, got whiplash, and got another drivers insurance jacked up for 5 years. All because you didn't want to slow down.

It should be noted that someone turning on their turn signal when there are many car-lengths between you is not an excuse to accelerate and BLOCK their LEGAL lane change. While signaling does not allow for automatic lane change, recording yourself on a camera intentionally preventing their merging safely will land you as the "at fault".

7:30 Other driver signals, they still have a broken white line, and rather than being nice the cammer decides to be a jerk and create a dangerous situation when they could've just slowed down and let the other driver in. Common courtesy isn't so common anymore, it's no wonder there are so many accidents, raging incidents, and cammers that feel like they have something to prove. Get over yourselves.

You could have easily backed off and let him in and gained a little karma, BUT NO you had to accelerate, (yes you can you can see it and his turn signal on) and jam him, and the people up behind you that now have to deal with consequences of your Ars holiness. 2:49 - That was incredibly poorly handled. First, instead of slowing down (which you had ample need to do), you moved over and slammed into a chunk of concrete. You had time to hit the horn, and you had time to hit the brakes. Then you swerved and got rear ended. Then you sat in the right lane, not moving off to the side of the road. Completely avoidable.
