**Something else about Cosmic Wall!**

I had to replay the game in a new save file, get the Bounce Bracelet as Sonic but not get the Ancient Light, and play the Dark Story all the way up to Cosmic Wall to unlock it. Reason being is that if you have the Ancient Light and charge up a spin dash, you immediately destroy the pyramids you need in order to continue the level.

wait a second. Sonic has a drowning animation programmed in?! There's literally no segment where you're intended to play as Sonic where you go underwater, all water in Sonic stages is treated as death planes, and they felt the need to program that. Makes you think

In the GameCube version, if you use action replay to switch characters….the game is weirdly self aware in some cases and it modifies the levels so that say, Sonic can complete them. For the treasure hunting levels it’ll add goal rings so that you can just go to those to complete the level.

The Sonic games within this past several years have been either short, repetitive, or lack in content. (Except Mania)
Sonic Adventure 2 is one of the only 3D Sonic games I can actually play without feeling like I'm wasting my time.

That was a really cool video to watch and it was really fun to help out! it's a shame that 2 of the stages ended on the final gate but it was still really fun to find that they could get so close!
