I watched The New Adventures of Captain Planet on TBS' Sunday Morning in Front of the TV programming block during the early to mid 1990's (1993-1996), and later Disaster Area (1996-1997), along with reruns of The Jetsons, and The Flintstones, and block, alongside fellow H-B toons SWAT Kats: The Radical Squadron and 2 Stupid Dogs.

I grew up and seen on the intro as a kid, when it had original airings on TBS and & syndicated stations, with reruns on Cartoon Network, Kids' WB, and Boomerang.

I honestly think this intro is better than the original.

0:25 used to say "From the Soviet Union", and this intro was after the Soviet Union disintegrated on December 26, 1991.
