I worked at Del Posto in NYC, Kelsey Grammer was a regular because he lived next to it and we had a vegan menu and his girlfriend at the time was vegan. And this was when he was doing the play on broad street. He would bring a lot of people in all the time and he would always pay. But ONLY HE would always look us in the eye and thank us when we were at his table. All of his guests always ignored us. I’ve waited on tons of celebrities but I always remembered Kelsey Grammer being the most respectful even more than his peasant guests that were getting a free 9-course Michelin starred meal. You’re a good man.
