This has always been one of my favorite features of the D1 and D2. Every time you change a coil on most other machines you risk breaking a pin off.

Notice. No having to wrap coil cable and even hook up a connector. Much faster. Neater looking too.

I have an 11-inch coil . Do you see any advantage in getting a 9-inch coil? thank you.
