Ah Metropolis - loved hearing this one kick in and the DJs that would mix with some classic acapella like Brass Disc or Jinni, Never Give Up. Some real belters on here - brings back a lot of hazey yet memories!! 😂 Back in the day when you would search high and low for a tune and try singing it to the guy in the record shop in the hope that it wasn't just all in your imagination. Parted with most of my vinyl from that time - only to buy it all again!! Just need a second 1210 and mixer to plat it how it should be played, with all those crackles in vinyl that brings music to life ❤️

I used tune in to radio city 96.7, I live north Midlands. Used be able to get it by ledging the antenna on the wall a certain way.lol. Lee butler etc. Great knowledge of tunes in Liverpool and good atmosphere over the waves
