Inverness is a great city! The only real negative is the unreliable, inadequate bus service. You can never be sure that your bus will show up so you end up spending a lot of money on taxis. Stagecoach needs competition!

I live in Inverness. It is a fantastic place to live. The climate is actually very good for Scotland - much drier than most places and without the biting cold on most of the east coast.

I've had my eyes on Inverness as a possible place to retire, simply because I like my cold climates and I heard that Inverness rarely gets above 25 degrees C even in the summer. Is that accurate?

I just been there, its a beautifull place, i was in Bunchrew camping site wonder how its work in Inverness or near the city, nd of course the price for house in a remote area mountains, country knows maybe we”l meet one by the way ...i”m from

The worst thing about Inverness is the council building that ugly museum building. It must have been deliberately done to blight the town. Also, I thought it was a down at heel town.
