Heated gear can change your life, and Gerbing makes it easier than ever to stay nice and toasty. It’s Ex Pro Heated Jacket and Pant are complete systems, with durable exteriors, impact protection and insulated liners featuring Microwire heating pads throughout.

Outside is a genuine Cordura chassis with additional SuperFabric in impact areas, a highly abrasion resistant fabric that is also water resistant, slash resistant and breathable. Additionally, you get a breathable and removable Aquatex G-Liner for more water protection. British brand Knox supplies CE approved armor in impact areas too. In other words, these are completely dialed for use on the bike.

The removable, heated insulated liner is the real star of the show though. The jacket has large pads on the chest, back, sleeves and collar while the pants are built with panels in the legs and hips. These will raise up to as high as 135-degrees Fahrenheit.
The jacket is also prewired to connect to both the pants and corresponding gloves. The pants have connections built in for the jacket and corresponding socks or insoles.

It’s a 12V system, which requires installing a battery harness to your motorcycle’s battery. Gerbing makes it easy though, providing the harness and additional fuses to ensure you don’t overload your bike’s electrical system. You’re also going to need to get a controller, and Gerbing offers portable, permanent and even Bluetooth controllers that allow you to adjust the temperature.
